研究领域
本课题组致力于产科重大疾病（早产、妊娠期糖尿病）分子机制与临床干预策略研究，近期在Front Microbio, Diabetes Ther, Environ Int.等国际学术期刊上发表了系列研究论文，利用微生物组学、代谢组学、基因组学等相关技术，主要以临床样本为研究对象，深入阐明解析早产、妊娠期糖尿病的环境因素、发病机制与临床干预策略。为制定高级别临床指南提供依据。主要方向包括：
1. 基于生物信息学与分子生物学手段研究妊娠维持与分娩启动的分子调控机制及干预路径。
2. 探讨围产期环境暴露与妊娠期糖尿病关联的分子起始事件与不良结局通路，制定精准防控策略。
3. 基于多维组学方法挖掘产科重大疾病（产科出血、子痫前期、重症感染）早期预测标志物。
学习与工作经历
2009/9-至今，bat365官网登录硕士生导师。厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院副院长，厦门市产科质控中心主任。
2014/11-2014/12在美国旧金山太平洋医疗中心任访问学者。2011/4-2011/5在美国斯坦福大学参与患者安全培训项目.
2007/05-2007/12，加拿大卡尔加里医学院，访问学者。
